Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Robomotion Mastery website, courses, blog, or any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Kris R (referred to as "we", "us", "our", or "Robomotion Mastery"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Acceptance of terms
These Terms govern your access to and use of the Service, including live courses, recorded content, blogs, community features, and any purchases or enrollments.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting an updated date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to purchase or enroll.
By using the Service you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Accounts and registration
To enroll in courses or access certain features you may need to create an account and provide accurate, complete information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.
Course enrollment, payments, and pricing
Course descriptions, schedules (start dates, cohort information, seat availability) and prices are displayed on the Service. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
All purchases are subject to payment authorization and verification. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout.
Prices for courses may change; however, price changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Promotional pricing, discounts, coupons or special offers are subject to specific terms and may be revoked at our discretion.
Refunds and cancellations
Our refund policy (set here) applies to course purchases and enrollments. Example options you can adapt:
Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and before course access begins.
No Refunds prior to 7 days before course access begins as it would impact planning and logistics.
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other operational reasons. In such cases, we will offer alternatives: rescheduling, transfer to another cohort, or full refund.

Access, content licensing and use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning unless a different license is explicitly provided.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, create derivative works of, or publicly display material from our Service without our written permission.
You may not share access credentials, files, or course content with third parties.
You are responsible for compliance with any third-party software or platform terms used in conjunction with our courses.
Intellectual property
All content on the Service (text, images, logos, course materials, videos, quizzes, code, designs, user interface, trademarks) is owned or licensed by us and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You agree not to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
User-generated content and community rules
If the Service allows you to post content (comments, forum posts, uploads), you retain ownership of your user content but grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish and display the content in connection with providing the Service.
You represent and warrant that any content you submit does not violate any third-party rights and is lawful.
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: abusive or defamatory language, harassment, unlawful content, sharing copyrighted materials without permission, uploading viruses, or any activity that disrupts the Service.
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or refuse any user content and to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
Code of conduct for live sessions
Live classes, chats, and Q&A sessions must be conducted respectfully. Disruptive behavior, hate speech, or actions that impede learning may result in removal from the session or suspension of access.
Recordings of live sessions may be made available; by participating you consent to being recorded unless otherwise specified.
Third-party services and links
The Service may include links, embeds or integrations with third-party services (payment processors, video platforms, analytics providers). Use of these services is subject to the third party’s terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party content, practices, or any loss or damage resulting from their services.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, certification, job placement, or earnings as a result of taking any course.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR DIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM — OR, IF NO PAYMENT WAS MADE, A LOWER AMOUNT SET BY APPLICABLE LAW.
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robomotion Mastery and its affiliates, officers, instructors, and employees from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any rights of a third party.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store and disclose personal data. By using the Service you consent to our collection and use practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Course materials, certifications and assessments
Any certificates of completion or digital badges issued are subject to verification and may be revoked for academic dishonesty or breach of these Terms.
Assessments and grading policies are set by course instructors and may be updated; we will communicate material changes to enrolled students.
Refund policy for scholarships or discounts
If you receive a scholarship, promo code, or third-party funding, refunds and transfers are subject to the terms of that arrangement. We reserve the right to recover scholarship or promotional amounts if enrollment terms are violated.
Export control and legal compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable laws, export control regulations and sanctions when accessing or using the Service.
The Service may be unavailable, restricted, or modified in certain jurisdictions.
Termination and suspension
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our Service, or our business.
Upon termination, your license to access course content ends and we may delete or restrict access to any account content.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the business operates Maharashtra, India.
For disputes, we prefer to resolve matters informally. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the specified jurisdiction or via arbitration if you choose and we agree.
Changes to courses, schedules and instructors
We may change course schedules, instructors, course content, format, or cancel cohorts. Enrolled students will be notified of significant changes and offered alternatives or refunds where appropriate.
Accessibility
We aim to make the Service accessible. If you face accessibility issues or need accommodations, contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Promotions, testimonials and reviews
We may use anonymized testimonials, reviews or success stories on the Service. By submitting a testimonial or review you grant us permission to publish it (subject to removal requests where reasonable).
Promotions and contests
Any promotional contests or giveaways will be governed by separate terms and conditions disclosed at the time.
Miscellaneous
Severability: If a court finds any provision of these Terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not waive that right.
Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign our rights and obligations.
