Refund Policy — Robomotion Mastery
Scope
This Refund Policy applies to all paid courses offered by Robomotion Mastery (including live cohorts and recorded/course bundles) unless a separate written agreement specifies otherwise.
Full Refund Eligibility
Full refunds are granted only for cancellations made at least 6 full days prior to the scheduled course start date.
The refund request must be submitted in writing (email) to hello@krri.sh and include the purchaser’s name, order number, course name, and course start date.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.
No Refunds Within 6 Days
No refunds — full or partial — will be issued for cancellations received 6 days or fewer before the course start date, on the course start date, after the course has begun, or for any missed sessions.
There are no prorated refunds for partial attendance, late enrollment after the start date, or any sessions missed.
Course Postponement or Cancellation by Robomotion Mastery
If Robomotion Mastery cancels a course, registered participants will be offered either: a) A full refund to the original payment method; or b) Transfer of registration to another cohort (subject to availability).
If Robomotion Mastery postpones a course and the participant is unable to attend the rescheduled dates, the participant may request a full refund. Requests must be submitted within 14 days of the postponement notice.
Transfers and Substitutions
Transfer of registration to another person is permitted up to 6 days before the course start date, provided written notice is submitted to hello@krri.sh with the new participant’s full name and contact details. After that deadline, transfers are not permitted.
Transfers to a different cohort (date) for the same course are allowed up to 6 days before the original start date, subject to availability and any price difference.
Special Circumstances
In exceptional documented circumstances (e.g., serious medical emergency, military deployment), submit a written request with supporting documentation to hello@krri.sh Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; any accommodation is at the sole discretion of Robomotion Mastery and is not guaranteed.
How to Request a Refund

Required information: purchaser name, order number, course name, course start date, and reason for refund.
Allow 7–10 business days for processing after approval; the time to appear on card statements may vary by bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable Fees
Any payment processing fees incurred at the time of the original transaction may be retained and not refunded, at Robomotion Mastery’s discretion. This will be communicated at the time of refund approval.
